TANDOORI MALAI BATER (QUAIL) RECIPE

With the quails marinated in curd, cheese, garlic paste and javitri powder, indulge in the flavors of this unique chicken, sizzling right out of the tandoor. Key Ingredients of Tandoori Malai Bater (Quail):
Whole batter. Approximately 100 to 110 grams each, lemons or lemon juice, Salt, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chili Paste, Hung curd, Javitri Powder, White Pepper Powder, Green cardamom, Cashew nut Paste, Processed cheese (Grated Parmesan Cheese), Fresh Cream, refined oil, Chat Masala

 Portions required;
·         10 whole Bater (Approx. A hundred - a hundred and ten gms every)
·         5 lemons (for lemon juice)
·         3 tsp Salt
·         7 Tbsp Ginger Paste
·         7 Tbsp Garlic Paste
·         13 Tbsp Green Chili Paste
·         7 Tbsp Hung curd
·         6 tsp Javitri Powder
·         8 tsp White Pepper Powder
·         6 tsp Green cardamom
·         8 tsp Cashew nut Paste
·         Processed cheese (Grated Parmesan Cheese)
·         5 ½ Tbsp Fresh Cream
·         10 tsp refined oil
·         6 tsp Chaat Masala




Procedure to make Tandoori Malai Bater (Quail)


1. Clean the birds properly by using washing them. Let them dry on an easy kitchen towel.
2. Marinate the birds with lemon juice, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, inexperienced chili paste.
Three. Let it rest for 3 to four hours.
Four. In a separate bowl put the hung curd and upload the mixture of Javitri Powder, White Pepper Powder, Green cardamom, Cashew nut Paste, Processed cheese, And Fresh Cream.
5. Mix properly. Add the marinated birds and mix nicely.
6. Allow it to stand for another couple of hours.
7. Put them on skewers and prepare dinner in a preheated tandoor till it is completed.
8. Cook until the batter is brown in coloration.
9. Take them off the skewer, sprinkle a few chat masalas on top and serve hot.
