Ingredients of Paneer Tandoori

·         400 gm paneer
·         2 tablespoon subtle oil
·         1 tablespoon salt



For Marination

·         1 tablespoon ginger paste
·         3 tablespoon meat masala
·         4 pinches kasoori methi powder
·         1 tablespoon garlic paste
·         half cup yogurt (curd)

How to Marinate

First of all prepare the marinade by mixing the yogurt or hung curd to tenderizer the paneer(complete cream Greek or Turkish yogurt could work too), ginger-garlic paste, purple chili powder, black salt, garam masala, pepper powder, mustard oil, chaat masala, and gram flour. 1.       Cut paneer into cubes.
2.       Cut onion into petals.
3.       Dice capsicum.
4.       Prepare marinade

9.       Bake it in an oven.
