400 gm paneer
·
2 tablespoon subtle oil

1 tablespoon salt
For Marination
·
1 tablespoon ginger paste

3 tablespoon meat masala
·
4 pinches kasoori methi powder
·
1 tablespoon garlic paste
·
half cup yogurt (curd)
How to
Marinate
First of all prepare
the marinade by mixing the yogurt or hung curd to tenderizer the paneer(complete
cream Greek or Turkish yogurt could work too), ginger-garlic paste, purple
chili powder, black salt, garam masala, pepper powder, mustard oil, chaat
masala, and gram flour. Use gram flour/ besan to the marinade as it helps in coating
the paneer well. Beat it until clean. Now upload Kasuri methi, lemon juice to
the aggregate and blend properly again. Add paneer and blend lightly to coat
the paneer well with the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Skewer it.
